What the work looks like in practice.
The best way to understand New Leaf Global Services, isn't through a list of services.
It's through what changes when someone finally has experienced operational support in their corner.
From scattered systems to a clearer client experience.
The challenge
Creativo founder Dana Bizzarrino-Ramsay reached out while feeling overwhelmed by the backend of her business.
Client onboarding was largely manual. There was no CRM. Information lived across paper, email, notes and memory, and she wanted an outside perspective on what systems would actually make the business easier to run.
The work
Through a Founder Expansion Roadmap, New Leaf reviewed the business from an operational perspective and identified practical opportunities to improve systems, client onboarding and service structure.
The work helped clarify:
Where a CRM could reduce manual work
What should be automated
How information could be centralized
Opportunities to improve service packaging
Practical next steps for building a more organized backend
What changed
Dana implemented a CRM and began automating work that had previously been handled manually.
New inquiries could move through a more streamlined pipeline, and one client specifically commented on how quickly the process moved from website inquiry to contract and first invoice.
Most importantly, information was no longer scattered across multiple places.
“Jessie is someone who can take a look at your business and offer an outside perspective and help you line your ducks in a row. She will offer a plan, suggestions, and actions you can take to help your business get unstuck and operate better.” - Dana Bizzarrino-Ramsay · Creativo
How Dana described the experience: Calming. Relaxed. Effective.
Getting out of the weeds during a major season of change.
The challenge
FemXchange founder Caroline Mastropaolo was deep in the operational side of the organization during a significant period of change.
As a solo founder, she was carrying a great deal of the work herself and needed an outside operational perspective to help identify what mattered most and where effort would actually move the organization forward.
The work
New Leaf worked with FemXchange on operations and systems optimization, helping bring fresh perspective to priorities while staying aligned with the organization's brand and value proposition.
The engagement focused on sorting through the operational picture, identifying what mattered most and helping create clearer direction during a period of transition.
What changed
Caroline identified three tangible outcomes from the engagement:
Time saved
Improved processes
Funding secured
But the impact wasn't only procedural.
For a solo founder navigating change, having a strategic partner in the work mattered too.
“Jessie jumps into the weeds with you and helps you sort through it.
She has your back through and through. You won't want her to ever leave!” - Caroline Mastropaolo · FemXchange
Caroline described New Leaf's approach as: Organic. Curious. Strategic.
And when asked what was most valuable:
“As a solo founder, having someone in your corner, who is so genuine, supportive, and enthusiastic meant the world.”

“Jessie has been an incredible support to me and to The Wine Spa.
She helped bring new ideas to life — including our lunch and fundraising programs — and played a key role in connecting me with other professionals who’ve had a real impact on our business growth.”
- Angela Szubielski
Founder & Owner, The Wine Spa

“Jessie was fantastic to work with — extremely helpful and understanding. I took away some things from the call that I can put into action immediately. Thanks, Jessie!”

“Jessie will have your back like you wish every other contractor would.”
- Caroline Mastropaolo Founder, FemXchange

“Your mind and stress level will thank you for reaching out and taking that step to fix your business and get you moving in a forward direction again.”
- Dana Bizzarrino-Ramsay
