Hi, I’m Jessie (she/her), the founder of New Leaf Fractional COO Services and your go-to strategist when your business is ready to grow… without burning out behind the scenes.

With nearly 20 years of experience across corporate, nonprofit, healthcare, and government sectors, I bring the kind of operational know-how that lets leaders breathe again. I’ve managed multiple teams, projects and campaigns, launched social enterprises, delivered training coast to coast, and built organizational systems that actually work for humans, not just for spreadsheets.

I believe that operations should be empowering, not exhausting. That leaders deserve support. And that healing-centered workplaces create better outcomes for everyone.

When I’m not making magic with clients, you’ll probably find me with my husband, and two teen boys, our Goldendoodle Max (New Leaf's unofficial Chief Cuddle Paw-fficer), or working on my art studio for The BraveArt Project!

Work With Me

I’m a lifelong learner with a deep commitment to growth, both personally and professionally. After years of working in the corporate world, I felt called to make a more meaningful impact. In 2020, I made the decision—before the world shifted—to return to school and pursue my Master of Social Work. But as the landscape of life changed, so did I.

I realized my greatest contribution wouldn’t come through a traditional path. Instead, I chose to build something of my own, a business rooted in care, advocacy, and empowerment. That decision became the foundation where we are today.

Max the goldendoodle brings the cuddles, Tommy the cat bring the attitude, and Willie G. the bearded dragon brings the calm.

Together, they’re our unofficial wellness team, keeping spirits high, stress low, and reminding us that naps and snacks are always a good idea.
