Hi, I’m Jessie (she/her)—the founder and CEO of New Leaf Global Services Inc., and your go-to Fractional COO when your business is ready to grow… without falling apart behind the scenes.
With nearly 20 years of experience across corporate, nonprofit, healthcare, and government sectors, I bring the kind of operational know-how that lets leaders breathe again. I’ve managed multiple teams, projects and campaigns, launched social enterprises, delivered training coast to coast, and built organizational systems that actually work for humans—not just for spreadsheets.
I believe that operations should be empowering—not exhausting. That leaders deserve support. And that healing-centered workplaces create better outcomes for everyone.
When I’m not building systems or coaching founders, you’ll probably find me with my my husband and two boys, our goldendoodle Max (New Leaf's unofficial Chief Cuddle Paw-fficer), working on my art studio for The BraveArt Project, or sipping on coffee and talking about wellness and empowerment like it’s a full-time job (it kind of is).
Commitment to Learning
I’m a lifelong learner with a deep commitment to growth, both personally and professionally. After years of working in the corporate world, I felt called to make a more meaningful impact. In 2020, I made the decision—before the world shifted—to return to school and pursue my Master of Social Work. But as the landscape of life changed, so did I.
I realized my greatest contribution wouldn’t come through a traditional path. Instead, I chose to build something of my own—a business rooted in care, advocacy, and empowerment. That decision became the foundation of New Leaf Global Services Inc. and eventually, The BraveArt Project.
As the late Maya Angelou said, “When you know better, you do better.” That quote continues to guide my journey as I combine academic knowledge, lived experience, and professional expertise to help others create systems of support that truly care for people.
