Hi, I’m Jessie (she/her), the founder of New Leaf Fractional COO Services and the strategic partner you call when your business is ready to grow, but the backend is starting to feel heavy.
I work as a Fractional Chief Operating Officer (COO) for founders, women-led businesses, and purpose-driven organizations who need help turning vision into execution — and chaos into calm.
With nearly 20 years of experience across corporate, nonprofit, healthcare, and government sectors, I bring the kind of operational leadership that helps founders breathe again. I’ve managed teams, led complex projects, launched social enterprises, delivered training coast to coast, and built systems that actually work for real humans, not just spreadsheets.
My approach, I believe operations should be empowering, not exhausting. That leaders deserve support, not pressure. And that sustainable growth happens when systems, people, and purpose are aligned.
My work blends:
I don’t just advise, I step in, roll up my sleeves, and help you make things work.

How I Got Here
After years in corporate, I felt called to build something different. In 2020, I made the decision — just before the world shifted — to return to school and pursue a Master of Social Work. As life changed, so did my understanding of where my greatest impact lived.
I realized my strength wasn’t in a traditional path, it was in building structures that support people, advocating for healthier workplaces, and helping leaders grow without sacrificing themselves in the process. New Leaf grew from that realization: a business rooted in care, clarity, advocacy, and execution.
Beyond the Work
When I’m not working with clients, you’ll usually find me with my husband and our two teenage boys, hanging out with our Goldendoodle Max (New Leaf’s unofficial Chief Cuddle Paw-fficer 🐾), or dreaming up the next chapter for The BraveArt Project, our sister social enterprise focused on healing through creativity.
New Leaf is more than a name — it’s a philosophy.
It represents bold pivots, sustainable systems, and the courage it takes to grow with intention.
At the heart of our visual identity is the Monstera leaf, a symbol of resilience, structure, and uncontained potential. Just like the plant stretches toward the light and creates its own path, I help founders build operational ecosystems that support both people and performance.
Our palette of greens, teals, and bold accents reflects clarity, capacity, and abundance, the kind that comes from aligned systems and confident leadership.
New Leaf isn’t just a Fractional COO service.
It’s a movement toward business that feels better, works better, and leads with heart.
We design systems that care.
We build strategy that sustains.
And we make space for leadership that’s as human as it is effective.

Max, the Goldendoodle, brings the cuddles.
Tommy the cat bring the attitude.
Willie G. the bearded dragon brings the calm.
Together, they’re our unofficial wellness team, keeping spirits high, stress low, and reminding us that rest, snacks, and sunlight are part of good leadership too!

Whether you’re scaling your business, streamlining operations, or building a workplace where people can thrive, I’m here to help you lead with clarity and grow sustainably.
My approach is grounded, strategic, and always people-first, because strong systems and thoughtful leadership create the kind of culture where everyone can bloom.
